Ways people pay

The home you own is usually the key.

How people pay →

Equity you already have

A home-equity line or a cash-out refinance, drawn as the build goes. The most common route — a line of credit sits behind your first mortgage and leaves your rate alone.

A renovation or construction loan

Lends on the finished value, pays the builder by milestone. Fewer lenders, more paperwork, bigger projects.

Rent that pays it down

A second home on the lot can carry part of its own cost. The report shows sourced rent context for your area.

For smaller scopes — a garage conversion, the finishes — United Signature's financing partner Enhancify offers 0% for up to 15 months on approved credit (660+); after the promotional period the card's standard rate applies. The terms, on the financing page → United Signature isn't a lender; the free property report comes first either way.

What people say about us

Clients on working with United Signature.

Worked with us? Leave a review ↗

“United Signature handled a large and complex kitchen reconstruction and remodel after a leak was discovered in the wall and under the floorboards. They were great communicators and helped me handle insurance and the HOA.”

Michelle O'Brien

“We had a bathroom and kitchen remodel done by Oleg (senior project manager), Natasha (lead designer) and Sergei (project manager). Excellent, high quality work. Always available and professional.”

John-Patrick

“Exceptional service! I recently had my kitchen renovated by United Signature Design and Build and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the initial consultation to the final details, everything went so smooth.”

Questions

Three quick ones.

All the questions →

Is this really free?

Yes. No obligation, no sales call. A no saves everyone a month.

How long does it take?

Seven to fourteen months from design to move-in. Permitting is the slow part.

What if my lot doesn't work?

The report says so, and why — and whether an addition or a garage conversion works instead.

Is there financing?

Yes. Most people use the equity they already have or a renovation or construction loan; United Signature's financing partner, Enhancify, offers 0% for up to 15 months on approved credit. The terms, on the financing page →
